MILITARY LOGISTICIAN	Presented in the Memory of Lt Col Paul Holder was the first active member of the armed forces to be Master of the Worshipful Company of Carmen, the City of London Livery Company for the transport industry, it will go to the person who clearly demonstrates outstanding leadership qualities in a challenging role. LOGISTICS PARTNERSHIP	This is awarded to organisations who can demonstrate supply chain excellence or operational improvement through a real partnership. FREIGHT LEADER	This award recognises the contribution of independent sme businesses who can demonstrate adding significant value to their customers’ supply chains and logistics operations through being flexible, agile and responsive to fast changing demands being made on them.
